Todd embarked full time into the family business of residential real estate over eleven years ago when he joined Ellen Terry, Realtors. From 1997 until 2003 Todd worked as a partner with his mother, Ellen Terry. During their six year partnership they personally closed over $300,000,000 with sales ranging from $300,000 to $22,000,000. Although, Todd and Ellen still frequently collaborate, they now work independently of each other.
