PNL Companies
Dan Levitan is in charge of investments for the PNL Companies, a Fund that invests in commercial real estate and mortgages throughout the U.S. and Canada. His business model is unique in that he specializes in the acquisition or origination of high yield debt instruments. In addition, he makes opportunistic investments in underperforming properties, including locally, the 2100 Ross office building in downtown Dallas and the Tandy Center in downtown Fort Worth. He brings to the group a detailed knowledge of local real estate markets, a broader experience in national investments, and venture capital for third parties seeking financing for unique real estate development projects and investment opportunities.
